FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping is available on orders of $150 or more (after discounts and promotions, before tax and shipping).

Valid for shipments within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands

Orders will ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, based on weight and destination

Selecting an upgraded shipping method at checkout will remove the free shipping option
Some exclusions may apply and will be clearly noted when applicable.
Please note that certain promotions or sales events may include different free shipping terms. Any changes will be outlined within the promotion details.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx

Customers may select their preferred carrier at checkout

Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping (carrier selected based on weight and destination)
Processing Time:

Orders ship Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays)

Most orders ship within 24 hours of payment

Orders placed after 3 PM ship the next business day
During peak periods such as holidays, sales, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. We always work to ship orders as quickly as possible.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
If shipping charges are calculated incorrectly, actual shipping costs will apply.
Please note:
International orders are not eligible for free shipping.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
Kanga Care is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit unless shipping insurance is purchased.

All orders include tracking or delivery confirmation

If insurance is purchased and a package is lost or damaged, we will replace the items at no additional cost

If a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, it is not eligible for replacement
